Hey, I’m Kristina!

With over 44 years of experience in personal development and transformational programs, I have dedicated my life to
guiding others through profound shifts in thinking and healing. My courses and coaching are not about simply
increasing sales or launching a business—rather, they illuminate the hidden beliefs and inner conversations that
block success. Once those beliefs are recognized and healed, the path to growth, fulfillment, and tangible results
becomes clear.

For example, I recently uncovered a deep-seated belief that “I don’t have any say.” I had never seen it before. By tracing
it back to its origin, forgiving myself and others, and consciously releasing it, I now recognize when it arises and let it
go with ease. Over time, that belief has faded, and some old patterns have completely disappeared. This is the kind of
transformational healing I help my clients achieve—clearing what no longer serves them so they can fully step into
their power.

I live in Houston with my husband, Juan (an amazing photographer and intuitive himself), and our cat Gryffen, who basically runs the house. I am a contributing
author to the book, In the Spirit of Success. as well as sole author of many journals.
